He is a qualified professional with two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, hospital projects planning, training and research, including teaching.

She has completed her BSc (Hons) (Food & Nutrition) and Master of Public System Management (Health Care & Hospital Management) from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), Calcutta University, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Healthcare Management from Symbiosis University, Pune. She has nearly a decade of teaching experience.

Dr. Subir Sen is an educationist with nearly three decades of experience in the industry, academia, research, and institution building. He is a graduate of Commerce from St.Xaviers College, Kolkata, with an MBA in Finance and a Ph.D. in Strategy. He started his career with PwC with exposure in Financial Analytics, Projects Appraisal & Business Consulting across diversified sectors and leading corporates. He joined the ICFAI group in 2005 and won the Best Young Teacher Award in 2010 from AIMA across pan India and was conferred Hony Fellow.

He has devoted the last ten years of his career to institution building, cutting across different verticals in Management education. He is an ardent reader, and loves traveling and listening to music.

She is a graduate in Hospital Management from NSHM Business School affiliated under MAKAUT University. She holds a master degree in Hospital Administration and then M.Phil. in Human Resource Management. She transitioned from working in the Healthcare Industry to pursuing a career in academia. She has experience of teaching in a reputed college for more than 3 years. She is also certified on ‘Managing Conflicts and Programs and Projects with Cultural and Emotional Intelligence’ from the University of Maryland.

Area – Economics
She is a PhD in Economics from Department of Economics with Rural Development, Vidyasagar
University, MBA, MSc in Economics from Calcutta University, BSc in Economics (Honors) from Lady Brabourne College and B.Ed from Calcutta University. She has 16 years teaching experience at undergraduate and post graduate level coupled with another 1 year industry experience as TPR certified study abroad trainer/faculty. She has published widely and has won accolades in several best paper awards in Conferences & Seminars.

Area – HR
He is a graduate engineer from Jadavpur University (Mechanical) and a MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has worked in leading organizations like BHEL, Tata Steel, PwC and in a Sr position at IBM before joining NSHM. He carries a wealth of experience spanning over three and a half decades in Operations, Services, IT & Consulting and is a seasoned Training & Development professional.

Area – Marketing & Retail
He has a Ph.D. in Management from the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), and an Executive Program on Managing Business Decisions (EPMBD) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM Cal). Years of work experience in the field of product training, education & content development with reputed organizations. He was associated with Development Credit Bank, Ceasefire Industries Ltd, and was the vendor trainer for Aditya Birla Retail Ltd in Kolkata. He has published in various peer-reviewed journals, including Scopus and UGC-CARE.

Area – Marketing
She is a Ph.D. in Management (Marketing) from the University of Calcutta, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Hons) with recognition as a University Rank Holder. She has a teaching track record for two decades. She conducts corporate sessions for organizations like the CMA and also an author of national and international publications, including Scopus A and A+ journals. She is an active reviewer for esteemed international journals listed in Emerald and EBSCO databases, She is also the Editor of the NSHM Journal of Management Research and Applications (NJMRA) and was the Convener of the International Management Conference (NCLAVE).

He is a graduate engineer from Jadavpur University (Mechanical) and an alumnus of IIMC and Harvard Business School. He has recently retired from a Senior Leadership position as GM from Tata Steel. A Senior Trainer at Tata Group for Malcolm Baldrige Business Excellence Model. His career spans over three and a half decades across Bridgestone (Japan) and Hindalco.
